To apply for placement on our Court-Appointed Counsel List, please complete the Attorney Application for Court-Appointed Counsel form.
Once completed, submit the PDF application along with all required supporting documents, including:
- Proof of Continuing Legal Education (CLEs)
- Evidence of current malpractice insurance
- Case summaries or details for matters requiring trial experience
